Seems like it was last offered in Fall 2019. Note sure whether they’ve permanently stopped offering it, but there are some alternatives. As the other comment mentions ECE 408 (aka CS 483) is a pretty good class. However, I think 420 has more of a cpu-parallelism (using OpenMP etc) focus as opposed to 408 doing gpu/CUDA.
